Metropolist is housed in the historic Ederer Building on 1st Avenue South. Built in 1919, the Ederer Crane building was used to manufacture large-scale cranes for construction projects around the area. You will discover one of the cranes remains in our space and adds an industrial and urban vibe to events and parties.

We share an internal door with our neighbor, OOLA distillery. If you book with 10 degrees, you have the option to utilize both venues. Clients can create their own specialty cocktails using OOLA spirits and book a private tour and tasting.
This 2,500 sq. foot venue includes a large main room with a full open kitchen and a stage, which opens up into a 2,500 sq. foot patio area. It also contains an entry parlor, a lounge with a gas fireplace centerpiece and two private restrooms. The interior capacity is 120 guests. Our total indoor/outdoor capacity is 200.
